Reviews and Ratings
I found this hotel to be not suitable for families with young kids due to various issues like a bad muggy smell in the rooms, hot and dirty pools, and the presence of drunk individuals. On top of that, the parking situation was inconvenient, and the distance from the beach was not as advertised, leading us to leave a day early as my kids didn't enjoy the stay.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. I found the rooms to be a little dirty and outdated, with an unpleasant smell, but the carpets in the bedrooms were in good condition at least. The parking situation was inconvenient with extra charges and a long walk to our room, and having no elevator on the 3rd floor was a real hassle. On the bright side, the location was peaceful and away from the busy downtown area. However, there were some issues with bugs to contend with.
The hotel had a wonderful view of the tennis courts, which was great to wake up to every morning. However, the room had some issues including a dirty mattress, cockroaches in the hallways, and a bad muggy smell despite being a nonsmoking room. There were disturbances from teenage kids knocking on doors, and the pools were not well-maintained, with hot and dirty water. The overall experience was not ideal for a family with young kids, leading us to leave a day early.
